OWNCS' commitment to offering children a superior education extends to the meals that are provided. The mission is to provide a variety of appealing and nutritious meals in a safe, clean, and friendly environment where people interact with courtesy, manners, and respect.
Eligibility for Free and Reduced Lunch
Your child may qualify for free or reduced lunch. Parents/guardians can complete and sumit the Free and Reduced Priced Meal Application (provided annually by the school Business Office).
Online Payment System
MySchoolAccount offers a simple, safe and secure system to make online payments for your children's school meals.
The first step is for parents/guardians to create an account.

OWNCS uses PowerSchool as its student information system. PowerSchool is a web-based system with a centralized database. Middle School teachers enter grades and attendance information for their students that is immediately avaialbe to school personnel and the children's parents/guardians. Attendance information can be viewed for Elementary Students.
OWNCS parents/guardians are required to create a PowerSchool account in order to access information about their children.
The PowerSchool Parent Portal provides the ability for parents/guardians to:
• Access multiple students with one login
• Change contact information
• Retrieve login information

Parent Teacher Conferences
Formal parent teacher conferences are scheduled twice a year to discuss student progress. Conferences are held at the end of the first and third quarters of the school year. Refer to the school calendar for specific dates. Parents/guardians may also schedule informal conferences with teachers or school leaders at any time throughout the year.
All formal conference appointments are scheduled online via Teacher Reacher.

PTO (Parent Teacher Organization)
OWNCS has an active Parent Teacher Organization that helps parents become involved in their children’s education, share ideas, and enrich their school communities. All parents, step-parents, legally appointed guardians, foster parents and persons in parental relation are automatically members of the PTO.
